EZ SEOS is currently in a pre-launch beta. This page explains what information we collect through this site, why we collect it, and how you can ask us to remove it. We have tried to keep this short and honest rather than long and vague.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist or send us a message through the contact form, we collect the information you type into that form:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your website (waitlist only)
  • Your role, if you choose to share it (optional)
  • The message you write to us (contact form only)

We also collect basic technical details that any web server sees, like your IP address and browser type, mainly for security and spam prevention.

Why we collect it

We use this information for one purpose: to talk to you. That means reaching out about early access to EZ SEOS, replying to whatever you asked us in the contact form, and letting you know about meaningful updates to the product before it launches. We do not use it to build a profile on you or to make automated decisions about you.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone, for any reason. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers that help us run this site, email, and analytics (like our hosting, email delivery, and analytics tools), and only so they can perform that job for us.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 and Vercel Analytics to understand page traffic, site reliability, and whether key actions (such as waitlist requests) complete. These tools may set cookies or use similar identifiers, and may collect device or browser data, approximate location derived from IP, and on-site events according to their configurations. We do not use this marketing site to run third-party advertising remarketing cookies or ad personalization networks. You can limit analytics via browser controls or Google's opt-out tools for Analytics.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist and contact submissions for as long as we're in beta and reasonably need them to follow up with you. Once we no longer need the information, or once you ask us to delete it, we remove it.

Requesting deletion

You can ask us to delete any information we hold about you at any time, for any reason. Just email us and we'll take care of it promptly.

A note on the beta

EZ SEOS is pre-launch and still taking shape. As the product and the way we handle data evolve, this policy may change. If we make a meaningful change, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
