EZ SEOS

Projects

Workspaces that hold a site's data, context, and integrations.

A project in EZ SEOS is a workspace for a single site, client, or brand. Each project holds its own integrations, trackers, audits, history, and agent memory, and every feature and the agent use that project's context when they work. Most teams keep one project per domain.

What context does a project hold?

You set a project's context once, and every feature and the agent use it. This is what lets advice stay relevant to what you actually sell and where you sell it.

Context you setWhat it does
Business offeringDescribes what the business sells, so keyword advice and opportunities stay relevant.
Ideal customerDescribes who you are trying to reach, so recommendations match your audience.
Geographic scopeLocal, regional, national, or global. The agent tunes keyword advice to your scope.
Target locationsThe specific places you serve, used for local and location-aware work.

What integrations connect to a project?

You can connect Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 to a project through a guided flow with no code. Once connected, EZ SEOS can join search demand to what happens after the click, and all Search Console and Analytics reads are free. The free vs paid matrix lives on credits (/docs/credits).

A project also scopes rank trackers, audits, Visibility Engine state, and (when you use them) decision packs and exports. See reports (/docs/reports) for client packaging.

Why do agencies use separate projects?

Separate projects keep client data clean. An agency can switch from one client to another without mixing rankings, traffic, competitors, or history, and the agent's memory for one project never crosses into another. In-house teams can split product lines, regions, or sites the same way when it makes the work easier to manage.

If you connect an external AI through MCP (/docs/mcp), pin a project-scoped connection URL so each client stays isolated. Project memory behavior is covered on the agent page (/docs/the-agent).

The agent knows your project automatically

When you ask a question, the agent already knows the project's domain, business offering, ideal customer, geographic scope, and target locations, so you do not have to restate them every time.
