SERP analysis
Live Google results for a keyword, competition signals, and free PAA/Related ideas.
SERP analysis in EZ SEOS fetches the live Google results for a keyword before you commit to it, so you can see who you would be up against. Each organic result shows position, title, URL, domain, and snippet. Where enrichment is available, estimated traffic and link signals may appear. You also get a competition summary of the result page and free People Also Ask and Related Searches for content ideas. Product overview: SERP analysis (/features/serp-analysis).
What you can do
- Pull the live top results for a keyword before you commit to it. Interactive analysis is typically one keyword at a time; a batch path supports up to 10 keywords.
- Read the live SERP layout, features, and competition context, not only a blue-link list.
- Read a competition summary that sizes up the whole result page at a glance.
- Collect People Also Ask questions and Related Searches for content planning.
What each result shows
Core fields on every organic result are the ones you need to judge the field. Richer enrichment signals appear when available.
| Signal | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| Position, title, URL, domain, snippet | Exactly who ranks and how they present the page (core on every result). |
| Estimated monthly traffic (when present) | Directional traffic context for a ranking page in enriched views. |
| Link signals (when present) | Relative link strength context when enrichment is available; not promised on every path. |
| New-entry and change flags (when present) | Which results are new or have moved position in enriched views. |
What does the competition summary tell you?
The competition summary reads the whole result page so you do not have to eyeball it. For each SERP it reports how many distinct domains hold the top 10, which domain dominates and with how many results, which user-generated platforms are present (Reddit, Quora, YouTube), and how many non-organic elements sit above the first organic result, including AI Overviews. That last number tells you how far a searcher has to scroll before any organic link, which is often the real reason a strong ranking still gets few clicks.
Free content ideas from every SERP
EZ SEOS extracts the People Also Ask questions and Related Searches from every SERP at no extra cost. These are Google's own FAQ and subtopic suggestions for the query, so they are a direct source of headings and follow-up sections to cover. Ask the agent "Is this keyword worth targeting?" and it reads the live SERP for you, weighs the competition summary against the opportunity on offer, and tells you whether to chase the term or leave it alone.

Costs and caching
A SERP lookup is a paid, credit-based action, and the cost is shown before you run it. Results are cached for 12 hours, so repeating the same lookup within that window is free. The People Also Ask and Related Searches data comes with the lookup at no additional charge. Credits overview: credits (/docs/credits).
